Shipping policy

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Germany only.

 

2. Standard Delivery Times and Costs

Our standard shipping method is handled by major shipping providers (such as DHL, PostNL, UPS,or DPD).

Standard Delivery Time Usually between 3 and 14 working days after order confirmation.
Standard Shipping Cost A flat rate of €5.00 applies to all orders within Germany.
Free Shipping Orders above €150.00 are shipped free of charge.

 

3. Special Shipping Conditions (Made-to-Order & Small Batch)

To support sustainability and the artisanal quality of our partner brands, some products are produced in small batches or made-to-order (made specifically for you after your order).

  • Extended Delivery Time: For these specific items, delivery may take up to 3 months.

  • Identification: The longer delivery timeframe will be transparently communicated to you after your order is placed.

  • Right to Cancellation: Should you place an order for one of these items, we will inform you about the expected delivery timeframe after order confirmation. You have the right to cancel your order at any moment before shipment.

 

4. Partner Products and Availability Checks

Some products, including those from our partner brand Fourth Element, are shipped directly from partner warehouses.

  • Availability: For certain partner products, availability is checked immediately after your order is received.

  • Delay Notification: If the delivery time for a standard product or an item from a partner brand is expected to be delayed by more than 14 working days beyond the standard timeframe, we will inform you within 48 hours via email, providing a new estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order free of charge.

 

5. Express and Special Shipping

Express or other special shipping services can be arranged upon request.

  • Request: Please contact us immediately after placing your order to arrange special shipping.

  • Cost: The cost will be calculated based on the actual rate charged by the shipping provider and must be paid by the customer.

 

6. Use of Forwarding Services

If you provide an address belonging to a parcel forwarding or consolidation service (such as Mailboxde, MyGermany, or similar services), the following conditions apply:

  1. End of Responsibility: Our responsibility for the parcel ends once the delivery confirmation shows the parcel has been successfully delivered to the specified forwarding service address.

  2. Risk Transfer: The risk of loss, damage, or delay transfers to you upon delivery to the forwarding service.

  3. Liability: We do not cover any losses, damages, or delays that occur after the parcel has been handed over to the forwarding company.
